ss works19. March, 2024Outstanding Customer Service! A big shoutout to Gulpreet at Accountant Helpdesk for an outstanding customer service. I wish we had this level of customer services across all industries! After 3 months of not hearing on my submitted tax return, I reached out to the Accountant Helpdesk where my return was filed. Gulpreet not only responded promptly to my email but followed up on my behalf with ATO to find out the status for me giving me a timeline. When I still hadn't heard back from ATO as advised in a few weeks, I bothered Gulpreet again and this time, she spent a lot of time on the phone with ATO to get to the root of the issue and push for ATO to take action or communicate what is needed. Then to top it all, without my chasing Gulpreet again, she took it upon herself to chase ATO AGAIN on my behalf 2 weeks later and unexpectedly sent me an email with the latest update! My refund was finally released as advised by Gulpreet almost 5 months from the time it was submitted. I am quite confident that if Gulpreet wasn't involved, I would have been still awaiting my tax refund 5 or possibly more months later. I cannot recommend her and the company enough! Pallavi who filed our return was very competent and guided us to our satisfaction. She did not rush us and completed the process in a timely fashion. I truly wish there are more people like Gulpreet in industries that provide customer service. The world would be a happier place than it is today :) Truly and highly recommend Accountant Helpdesk because of Pallavi (who we've worked with for 2 tax seasons) and the star- Gulpreet!
